There's a little nugget in there, they disclosed $270k of due dilligence spending during the quarter. That kind of spending indicates to me they have identified at least 1 opportunity to perform DD on.

@risk101- the bonuses and those subscription payments always occur in March qtr. I'd be pretty annoyed if my company withheld my annual bonus for a year for no good reason...
