    Can anyone explain to me why this is so cheap?

    $6.1m cash Current MC $14.5m

    Old NPV $364m. Potential new .+$144m =$508m
    (figures increase due to double SOP price as stated in above report $144m may be added to NPV)

    Shouldn't this be closer to $50m mc or much higher….than it is to $15m ????

    Appreciate thoughts from holders before I throw myself in deep.
