Crazy we are under $10 again. Making mega bucks off current gold prices. Safest sector in bad economic times yet we keep reversing. Eventually there will be a point we explode and double in a week when people realise they have been conned into thinking the economy is good and pumping all their spare money into housing is a good thing. More over inflating rubbish which will backfire for millions in the months to come! 70% of people currently have mortgage stress, let’s see how many do when rates are 5-10%.
