$48m (NZD) loss on hedging in the March Q, $74m for YTD!!! 57kt of hedging left at USD200/t for the upcoming Q vs scheduled sales of 320kt
Unlike previous Q they haven't provided further details in the "Operations Review" of the remaining hedging details. ie in the Dec Q they said "To redcue future sales price flucuation exposure, 155kt of sales are hedged at NZD278/t". Maybe the 57kt is all that is left. (Of course Murphy's law says when a company stops hedging is when the price will start to fall again)
