Where was it promised at 18-21k without the intervention programme?
SH's will get a dividend in time. Bear in mind they are currently spending around $300m in capex for the Bauna / Patola programmes and then more on top for the Neon control wells.
Coming out of this year with 30k bopd, and then we can start talking dividends IMO.
