Hi Sircorp, the 20c figure was suggested by James Gerrish who is a broker from Shaw & Partners. Their research analyst covers PPS so I assume James Gerrish obtained that figure from their analyst. From memory I believe the proceeds from sale to be approx $65m which from my calculation is approx 13c per share as well.
