    Small positives are Hamish and Joe have significant wealth on the line if this folds and a strong board.

    Yarra Valley is a $45M contract, not many companies can execute this. About to be given the green light for construction and we will be paid up front.

    I also believe Paliside will come through due to their ESG mandate.
