It makes absolutely no sense to me that DEL only spent $7,000 on...

    It makes absolutely no sense to me that DEL only spent $7,000 on development costs for an entire Quarter on SA1 and VIC1, particularly given their so called "late stage" development status.

    Does anyone have any ideas / explanation?

    I wonder what was spent on these projects during the Month of April.
