the plant originally built to process 350,000 tonnes of graphite p.a. was too big. Should have been only 200,000. Add the other 150,000 later when demand warrants it.
they have poorly allocated large amount of capital. The price of graphite is simply not high enough at the moment. The whole strategy originally put in place was to use profits from balama to fund Vidalia. Not possible.
