I agree with you almost completely. I do have the same fear that RF is taking this company private. But on the other hand his offer must be accepted by the majority of the shareholders (as far as I know). This is not likely imo if his offered price is too low. My biggest concern is another CR with heavy dilution like @FiveBob already said.
There are other possibilities though: a loan from RF or - even better - incoming cash from the Townsville project. And we have to keep in mind that RF needs CNQ (Lithium project, SRL, Copper project). So I reckon with his support.
I am still confident that this company will do very well if it "survives" the next quarters.
