I think the frog is close to EGR management or even belongs to it. For sure he is afraid that with the next AGM he and his comrades have to keave the special room where free drinks, leasure trips and fat salaries and bonuses were offered for a "no performance". Meanwhile he shows not the 2 Dollar bill but the Ecograf sign, which means he doesn't beleaves in the 2 AUD but hopes that EGR survives and he can stay longer in the "no perfomer comrade club" with free drinks and fat salaries.
