Gold price hit $3112 this morning. Our board Hedged 75% of our gold at $2775.
The BEST announcement right now would be to hear we are now selling our gold at spot as it would be $300 more per ounce than our hedge (and that they wont be doing any more due to an expectation of higher prices in the future!!!)
SLR and a couple of other companies recently hedged some production at $3200 when the spot price was only $3000. I love BCN but we need to sell our gold at the highest possible price.. Hedging sales and floating expenses in this highly inflationary makes sick sense.
