I would think that means if a deal comes along that is much larger ie takeover or expensive project etc that requires shares being issued as well as a cash component or similar they would look at consolidating the register at the same time they get share holder approval for the deal. MXR wouldn't be bad at this price...

@jrdevelopments I take it you were actually talking about the Greenhill share transfer and not this part of the quarterly? If so i agree - looks a standard move to get cash out of a super fund by transferring privately held shares back into it. He's more than likely into the convertible notes for a lot and not a single share has been sold.
