All definitely valid concerns. My view is that the revenue from sales as they ramp up will/may avoid the need for CR. However, it is by no means definite and more dilution is a risk. Any investor will factor that in. I have bought back in because I believe they will make it.
Your view is more negative - a perfectly valid view, and you can invest elsewhere.
