What is great, is that all those DOOM DAY WRM trolls were wrong
WRM is not in administration as others were speculating.
As a shareholder, I was pleased to see;
- Directors FINNIS and MANGANO purchased $100,000 shares each, increasing WRM share ownership with the remaining director McNALLY.
- Three substantial shareholders BROWN, LEET Investments and KNOWLES now own more than 50% of the company
- WRM is preparing Morning Star for disinvestment and sale
- Reduction in costs -$1,527
- WRM is preparing Mt Carrington for JV and or disinvestment and sale
Proceeds will flow back to the company, with the target of Alaskan Red Mountain/ Last Chance drilling for next season with several parties invited into discussions.
We all look forward to a brighter outlook for WRM moving forward and a strategic partnership from 3rd parties interested in a farm-in/farm-out agreements on Mt Carrington and especially Alaskan mining assets.
