Perhaps they paid all the creditors … who knows.
Maybe managing how much money they wish to have in Russia … however the mining outputs look good.
I’m sure it’s all in the best interests of major shareholders that take it private…. I’m sure that the share price will remain as low as they can so that when they offer the buy back for the 8% .. the offer price will be the average of the last 30 days or 7 days whichever suits !
Will be interesting to see how hard they are pushing for clearance from DFAT!
Also none of us know if this is one shareholder taking it private or the 4 major ones … because they are having discussions may mean very little …who knows they could be fighting again !
