    Yeah, that's why you do the recap, use the $5m raised to repay the debt.
    Then you're left with a $6m MC for a growing company heading to FCF positive.

    That's what smart people would do - not give it away at a price of 4.3c to a company trading on 1c lolz (which is also loss-making and with other issues)
