    What's wrong with using debt? You are seriously financially illiterate if you think that's a bad thing. Do you know what the difference between cost of equity and cost of debt is??
    Do you realise that most competent firms are judged by their WACC - weighted average cost of capital?
    I reckon the forecast balance between debt and equity in the case of LTR is a prudent use of capital - and the market knows it. It's a pity you don't understand or don't want to recognise astute financial management.
