Agree JRS. When you read their 'Highlights' it leaves this bit unsaid. With $358m cash, at 85-90% complete, the narrative seems to make you question whether they need the debt facility at all (noting that most of this is the existing Ford facility of $300M which goes out to 2027). As for me, getting the bankers over the line with the new debt facility in Q2 2024 appears to be the last major remaining hurdle. Something that still makes me nervous given the variance out there in experts opinion of future Li price modelling. So, it disappoints me that they hide that little gem down in the finance section of Appendix 5B, knowing that many would not read down that far.
