It’s pretty mind blowing what’s been completed in the last year . As many of the negative posters have said , costs have blown out but show me a project that has advanced this far in such a short term . Many houses are taking 18 months to complete , lack of Labor and material causing not only slow progress but significant cost overruns . it’s a fantastic effort , nearing completion and getting very exciting ! If the Lit price keeps sneaking up , as I think it will , we should be perfectly placed .
