"the possibility of negative news has dramatically dropped".
So now shorters need to deal with the fact that the possibility of more positive news has dramatically increased! And its all coming over the next 8 weeks with more to follow post first shipment. The negative news fears are now reduced to virtual acts of God which all stocks are faced with anyway.
