I would love to say we are out of the woods, but while tax loss selling season is still here up to June, there is likely to be volatility. But on the side of long term holders is that we are not the sellers, and even if some of us do indeed want to massage our tax position, it will not be enough to fill the void of the shorts.

As market conditions for our commodity improve with growing EV sales and delays in lithium projects and marginal economics for lepidolite even at the currently improving raw material prices, as well as our plant going into commissioning, we should see LTR share price trending up. That will encourage any tax loss selling to be delayed, and as we approach 30/6, there could be a scramble for short covering. That's because assuming the trends do go in our favour, the long awaited rerate will happen early in half 2.

Just my opinion, and not financial advice.

    regards
    DF
