it's the GP I imagine .....they need to make sure it will hold these levels (or better)
18 months prior to production .....then years of production, you can't hedge all .....you don't want to a big initial expense and then have to close it down later because GP makes it unprofitable
If RMS were confidant this GP would enable a continuing margin there over time they'd press the button now I imagine but there is a need to look a long way ahead on a relatively small margin of profitability
this is RMS being prudent IMO .....or it could be argued over cautious ?
