Flec' you don't make money out of successful trials , only from the products based on those trials . I can develop in India a highly soluble cbd insomnia fix and have it available globally online within three months using ave trial results as a pitch !
Both cbd oil and tpgs are obviously generic . But if indeed the trial is successful I wouldn't be the only one doing this .
All this would happen while ave is still lining up gmp pharmaceutical grade tpm production , applying for FDA registration and trying to convince some pharma' that the Australia only market is worth the trouble while they await global registration .
Highly attractive to pharma ? I doubt it , but perhaps to 'their ' generic Indian production .
imo this can't work .
