discussions with financiers has commenced.....
i would like to see " we are in discussions with utilities in regards to contracting which will support financing discussions with financiers"
detailed engineering to take approximately 6 months once a preferred vendor bid is chosen.
The market it down hard in the US so it wouldn't surprise me if this crumbles today
