Whilst this debt is well and truly under control, to reduce any risk I would prefer to see some of the that paid off after taking out the remaining 12% of the POSCO agreement before bringing back dividends, but it all depends on where the global markets are taking us. The BOD have a great track record, so you will hear no complaints from me.
