Well they could just offer 1-4 which is fairer for both parties involved, this would skew a lot of the no voters into yes voters. Weird that they wouldn't renegotiate after POG has gone up and SLRs value has largely increased while REDs has mostly stayed the same since the announcement of the mergers.
