My gut is that they will want an existing producing asset in that smaller scale 100-150koz category, similar to Mako. Issuing Resolute stock would also likely bump up the market cap beyond US$750M and then the stock gets included in the GDX again.

Look at PDI, half the market cap of RSG and need another $500m+ to build the damn mine... zero point
