AUC's Katanning Gold Project could be a good option. It is in WA, but good to diversify and get into Australia which is traditionally a lot safer. It is around a 3-4moz deposit but could be much larger with more exploration. A great money maker at current AUD gold prices and only around 2-3c a share right now, which is very surprising so close to construction. Not many of that size left in Australia too.
I would avoid Canada like the plague with their geopolitical and economic issues so not too many gold regions left and ready to go.
