As I said at the start of this thread, the fact that the issue being reported was HIGH WEAR RATES pointed strongly to operations/maintenance not keeping on top of the plant configuration. Further, the TMH plant met and exceeded nameplate capacity during the December quarter is informative that the refurbed plant design is sound.
Looks like management are taking steps to rectify the personnel issue. I think we're over the hump.
