    For those that don't understand why the quarterly was released and not other report but claim to know everything - you don't have to be a rocket scientist to realise there is a reason it is not being signed off. Hint management or auditors don't want risk with current wording / numbers is my guess - surprise!!
    $279k in sales
    $247k spent in advertising!!!!!!!!! but listen here to some posters and they will tell you .............................nah never mind it can't be linked to ongoing rebates and ultimately shelf space and was probably promotional junkets or was it the basketball overheads?
    Only $72k on research so no huge rebate coming in future or to be borrowed against
    only $20K spent on components / manufacturing and we don't know if that is payment for previous or new stock / prototyping etc - very small number no matter what


    $700k a quarter to keep doors open with wages and corporate costs - ouch That is $55k a week approx of cash sucked out plus add on locked in loan costs
    $600k on IP - Seriously - is there a legal challenge going on or patent dispute?
    1) These numbers exclude expenditure directly attributable to development activities that are capitalised as anintangible asset under Australian Accounting Standards. These capitalised development costs are shown as“Payments to Acquire Intellectual Property” under cash flows from investing activities at 2.1(e

    So $300k in bank at end of quarter - we are 1 month in already and...............................???
    $1.85mil raised and in bank in April
    So best case as of end of this quarter $1850K +$300k = $2,150k - $700k corporate wages,-$600k IP?- loan costs $50k realtek -$22500 insurance prem and int?Advertising $247k net at end of June quarter - $268700 in the red. assuming no product sales

    So to put in reality to break even on cash need to via website or wholesale $268700 worth of product ( that similar to last quarter) - at lets say $225 wholesale they have to turn over 1200 units net of returns etc etc including obligation to whatever advertising they have agreed to for floor / shelfspace and hope any honeymoon deals do not finish and they are charged full wack for display and placement? That was $247k last quarter

    We have no idea and no reference from management in regards to if there is any invoices outstanding for wholesale supply of product and vice versa and idea what bills they delayed paying at end of March quarter to make numbers look best they could so they could raise the $1,85

    How many units are in stock since we know they knew they didn't have to actually build many for walmart - just how big was that 1 off production run?

    Then we have any outside consultants , legal , brokers etc for restructure - nothing pretty about this picture.
    Not this quarter but next Realtek $2.5 mill convertible fall due in Sept at 5% so $200k a year interest or shares. Floor of 16c - why would they?

    So they have probably tried to renegotiate with Realtek and not got a solution and RK have them over a barrel? An absolute no answer in regards to RK probably makes forward statements for 4D risky to make IMO.

    Should off any product to shareholders now at a massive discount as it turns a few units over and gets some cash in all the better
    Reviews - the only proxy we have for sales due to no info from NUH IMO do not indicate that there will be turnover and sales so cash crunch and ongoing solvency issue is within weeks.
