All they did this time was swap the quarterly interest payment due for shares, which was a nominal amount anyway.

I'm pretty convinced, given that, the game is over. If there was a buyer, you have to ask what are they buying, nothing is finished, nothing is selling, its lost 60 million to date and no sign of making a profit. So i'm with you on that one for sure.
