I’m sorry for holders. I held once. Even owned the IQ buds. Initially thought they were good but they weren’t comfortable, didn’t keep in place and the Bluetooth not great. Since then others are doing similar, better. Personalised hearing tests to tune a device, entering an audiogram to work with Apple devices, and Costco hearing aids (high end) cheaper out of pocket than Nuheara after health fund rebate. Nuheara has been a slow train wreck, and the writing has been on the wall for years. The greatest test is revenue increase, or lack thereof. I held Osprey also, same scenario. Good product but no one wanted it! Fortunately got out before administration.
