It’s not a nonsense argument. Do you seriously think people tipped in $1.85mln for a “strategic review”??
I can just imagine the conversation , “we are raising money to conduct a strategic review….do you want to invest some money so we can do this review?”
Yeah right.
Those investors and shareholders who tipped in $1.85mln were most likely briefed with considerable detail, they even threw in OTM options to sweeten things. No one is investing for a “strategic review” , those investors and shareholders have significant informational asymmetry.

@tallplumber, typically strategic reviews dont require a trading halt and are done behind closed doors and do not require capital raising either. “Strategic review” is a euphemism for something else in this case.
