Miller had the strategy all backwards, NUH comparitive advantage lies in the tech and once RealTek came on the scene they effectively were a technology platform company as they had a partner who could put the tech onto a chip and then sell that globally. And yet there was no change in strategy from Miller. I wonder if things have come to ahead with RealTek, I cannot imagine they are too pleased. If the business is reorientated toward both companies comparative advantage things will turn around.
