I told the thread a few times, Jean Marie the ex CFO, kept that company on a solid financial footing, which met with derision by one or two people on here, you only have to look where the company is now, to realise that tight control of the finances was at all times required, and a no person was required on the board, to keep the board in check financially. Some may disagree, but a good CFO goes a long way to financial stability, whereas engaging "yes" people leads to where we are at present.
