"It looks like ARX management finally got the message ... cash flow positive and increasing from here on hopefully!" - I don't quite agree to this. The CF positive is because they received government grants and tax benefits $2 million, while December Q outflow of $0.2 million, so the net difference from this component is $2.2 million. This won't happen next Q.
