Agree 100% (which is very rare for us) but I think this is AUC's way of opening up the landowners (respondents) eyes to what is fair value. Because right now they are probably knocking back offers from AUC well above market value. You just have to look at the astronautical purchase prices of the 2 properties bought to date (the 2 with final settlements in June) to see that AUC is offering a healthy sum!
