If you read todays report you would have seen under " Corporate and Regulatory " the following re the BMA purchase :
They paid a preliminary completion adjustment of US$44.1m for working capital and other agreed adjustments.
Also the loan of US$1.1billion was fully drawn on completion along with cash held on the balance sheet .
Later they also state the net debt currently around A$1.4billion which suggests they have around A$200 million of cash to reduce the net debt to A$1.4billion , they also have a US$100million revolver facility which is undrawn.
Always good to read the report fully. as the detail is there for all to read.
