I suppose you can't blame the BOD for listing these, as it was the very same that lead to the last (final) CR that shattered the BOD's credibility ?? Once the new BOD and MD are installed post merger, these items will disappear from the conversation ?? Both RED and SLR quarterlies are bullish and underlie the enormous cash and cash generating capacities of the new merged entity ?? Hence when the market realises the synergies of the merger entity, the sum of the parts will be exceeded the rerated big RED market cap ?? The value of the merger entity will of course depend on the POG remaining strong and the general market not crashing in a 2008 redux. When the merged entity presents at Diggers & Dealers this year, with Cool Hand Luke presenting, will RED finally get "miner of the year award" ??
