As stated in previous posts - PPS is of most value to a strategic tuck-in. Large FUA and some retainable tech. for some elements of its USP and the rest could be migrated. Definitely accretive if managed well.
1.50 IMO was probably close to fair value - more-so now than back then when there were many more unknowns. Much water has gone under the bridge since then and the team it’s able and the client churn low. New business has stalled hence a strategic deal would make a lot of sense IMO.
