Fair value is more like 80c so if it creeps back to 60c and a takeover comes in at +33% that will be about right. A ~$400m takeover manageable by a few players. Bit of competitive bidding and we could see $1+.

For now it is PPS that is doing the acquisitions, cleaning up the also-rans and doing the hard work of consolidation for the big guys. First PowerWrap now OnuVue. Any more they could target?

Also anyone know if PPS could integrate Powerwrap into the core Praemium product? This would also make them more attractive to purchasers but obviously also cut costs and give clients a better product long term.
