this Board needs to be admonished...no reasonable Board should have rejected that prior netwealth bid...and I'm told by some sources that the manner in which it was rejected was considered to be needlessly rude by the bidding family also. I doubt netwealth would come back with a bid after that, and if they did it would likely be a lower offer and perhaps hostile, to say "up yours" to this current PPS management team. But given their ample organic growth, could they be bothered revisiting? HUB24 could perhaps bid (but again, they don't need to), or maybe one of the other big platform players who are losing steam (like Macquarie)...but I think any new bid would be well below $1 (if one even eventuates). This Board needs a good kick up the backside, and the business needs to perform to get re-rated. They need a bigger, better platform sales team and they need to start getting big inflows.
