Vinnie does not want to sell BOT for less than his last deal of $5BUSD
From the last cap raise $4m was put aside for expansion of the online platform
Vinnie has a KPI of adding other drugs to the platform
BOT is still well away from reaching its full value and a sale now would seriously undervalue it's potential and pipeline
Adding another drug to the platform would instantly add multiples to the value of the Co., not just in revenue but in proof of concept of scalability of the online system.
This is the big $ adder that gets us over the $5BUSD, and sets us up for Vinnie's Grand Fanale Deal.
