Usually, when a takeover offer is made public, the share price instantly jumps to that price, regardless of the takeover being successful or not, otherwise it will be up to the analysts to do some adding up in July, to realize they are going to need a massive re-rate on their targets.
I think if BOT has a takeover after the other two drugs are FDA approved, the takeover will be 15 - 20 billion range..... or prior to I think management will likely accept a lot less.
