I have a question, that is why this question on Appendix 5b is considered not applicable?


Appendix 5b statement firstly is either yes or no

Second part is an explanation as to why, you have the funds or don't.

Basically, the if so is simple how and on what basis the company is able to comply with 8.8.3?
Yet as it states and I'm reading its not applicable!

I have no real issue with the mandated process, I am concerned will we still have the funds by years end if we are burning up $3 million per quarterly. By years end without further funds we will be left around $5 to $6.5 million.

Is anyone watching the cash burn? Especially given if we require to commit to long lead items, and payment either in part or full.

I would have been happy with a brief explanation here. I really want to see if a CR is possibly needed outside of of the mandated funding source to pay for anything to do with Ifakara or to deal with any unexpected cash outflow re: getting RAP across the line for KFW?

Who else wants to know? or is not a single person concerned about possible dilution and the back lash of CR on shareprice and the long term recovery of the shareprice after its been beaten down by market influencers?
