Positive there was a controlled spend less than forecast. Myself and many would have liked confirmation of funding going forward without another CR. If they forecast 12 mil spend for the next 1/4 then either things get delayed, they confirm funding or it's another CR?? Again, you have to question the ability of PR to execute these things when other's probably would. No one likes uncertainty and that's exactly what's unfolding. It might get done but at what price to investors and in what time frame? As for the options, which were supposed to be of benefit to retail investor's -smart move if you offloaded early at this point. At best recruitment numbers might help but any interim readout is well off. Wait and see what transpires in the next 2 months or so.
