but we gotta address this fear of cap raises you have.

See, if you are investing in a company because you believe in it, its IP, or its board, or its mission statement & value proposition, then a CR should hold no sway over you.

Cap raises are a normal and natural part of the start up and new industries world.

theyre no different to seed rounds with VC firms, just they they are listed on the stock market and not private.

if you believe in the tech, or any company, a CR should only mean to you a short term dip.

CR are largely irrelevant if youre a long term holder.

sure , maybe some dilution, but it also gives you an opportunity to purchase more at a lower price.

And if you invest based on research, then CR are actually pretty positive.

Raising money is a standard part of the start up and big business world.
