As I have said before it's all about LOM,, when you have little LOM your have to spend money to extend LOM or plan to exit if the prospects are slim of doing so.
The prospect for try extending LOM are quite good with Smarts Underground being quite advanced, with smarts underground, OC and Hicks deeps there is good potential for a 10 year LOM extension in the short medium term. That would provide try time and money to futher extend LOM without living had to mouth.
While I see the Karouni tenements as being prospective, I would not have a buy sentiment if not for the Smarts underground
