Are you saying that $20 is too much for some people to afford for a share acquisition?
It doesn't matter if it's $20 or 20 cents - it's still just as accessible. Many retail share trading accounts (such as commsec) won't even let you purchase less than $500 worth of shares in a trade - so it's not like there would be a lot of people being cut out of the market because it's now $20.
